Effective as of the beginning of 2011, all development activities in BHJ group have been joined in a new development department headed by our new development manager, Søren Riis.
The new team also unites the development activities within BHJ Meat and By-products and BHJ Protein Foods. In terms of processes, BHJ Protein Foods’ development activities within functional proteins and soup stock for use in food manufacturing have many similarities with the development within BHJ Meat and By-products, e.g. digests for use in pet food production.
It will therefore be possible to achieve a number of synergies from the joint development activities, making the development work within the group more efficient and competent.
In general, the formation of the new team will increase focus on the development of new and existing products, making us even more competitive. In future, we will also be able to offer our customers more new and exciting products.
